Effective Date: August 8, 2026
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Blue Gamerwolf grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our products for their intended purposes. This license allows users to use legally obtained software, mods, tools, and digital content, as well as create compatible content where permitted. Ownership of all Blue Gamerwolf products and intellectual property remains with Blue Gamerwolf.
All Blue Gamerwolf products, including software, source code, mods, tools, websites, designs, artwork, textures, models, sounds, logos, branding, and documentation remain the property of Blue Gamerwolf unless otherwise stated. Users may not claim ownership of Blue Gamerwolf creations or present them as their own. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of Blue Gamerwolf intellectual property to a user.
Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute complete copies, sell, remove ownership information, or falsely claim to be the creator of Blue Gamerwolf products, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity. Blue Gamerwolf supports community creativity. Users may create addons, extensions, compatibility patches, integrations, plugins, datapacks, and tools that interact with Blue Gamerwolf products where permitted. Community projects must not imply official endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless approved by Blue Gamerwolf.
Blue Gamerwolf Minecraft mods are designed to support creativity and community development. Users may create addons, compatibility mods, datapacks, configurations, expansions, modpack support, tutorials, showcases, and other content that works with Blue Gamerwolf Minecraft mods. Users may not: - Reupload complete copies of Blue Gamerwolf mods. - Redistribute modified versions where the applicable license does not permit redistribution. - Include protected source code, assets, textures, models, sounds, or other content without permission. - Claim unofficial addons are official Blue Gamerwolf products. Your original addon creations remain your property, subject to any third-party rights or licenses that apply to materials included in those creations.
Users retain ownership of original content they create, including original code, textures, models, configurations, documentation, and artwork. By publicly sharing content related to Blue Gamerwolf products, users grant Blue Gamerwolf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and reference that content as reasonably necessary to operate the Services and for community highlights, documentation, or promotional purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the user's original content to Blue Gamerwolf.
Some Blue Gamerwolf products may use or interact with third-party software, games, APIs, libraries, platforms, or services. Third-party content remains owned by its respective creators and follows their own licenses, terms, and agreements. Blue Gamerwolf does not claim ownership of third-party content and is not responsible for independent third-party services.
By accessing or using any Blue Gamerwolf Service, users acknowledge and agree that Blue Gamerwolf may moderate and enforce its Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, this End User License Agreement, and applicable service rules. Where a user violates, or where Blue Gamerwolf reasonably believes a user has violated, an applicable agreement, policy, rule, or security requirement, Blue Gamerwolf may take reasonable moderation or enforcement action. Depending on the circumstances, enforcement may include: - Warnings or notices. - Removal or restriction of content. - Chat or communication restrictions. - Temporary or permanent account restrictions. - Temporary or permanent account suspension. - Account termination. - IP address bans or restrictions. - Network or hosting-provider restrictions. - VPN, proxy, or similar access restrictions. - Device or session restrictions where lawfully available and appropriate. - Restrictions designed to prevent ban evasion. - Removal of access to specific features or Services. - Removal of access to Blue Gamerwolf websites, servers, software, communities, or other Services. - Other reasonable technical or administrative measures necessary to enforce applicable rules or protect the Services. The enforcement action taken may depend on the severity, frequency, history, and circumstances of the violation. Blue Gamerwolf is not required to apply identical enforcement measures to every violation and may consider the circumstances of each case individually. Blue Gamerwolf may take immediate enforcement action without advance notice when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, security, or the integrity of the Services.
Blue Gamerwolf may use IP addresses and other network-level information to enforce restrictions, prevent abuse, detect ban evasion, protect infrastructure, maintain security, and enforce applicable agreements and service rules. Users acknowledge that IP addresses may be shared, dynamic, recycled, reassigned, or used by multiple individuals. Examples include households, schools, businesses, public networks, mobile carriers, VPNs, proxies, and hosting providers. As a result, an IP or network restriction may unintentionally affect another person who shares or later receives the restricted IP address. Blue Gamerwolf does not represent or guarantee that an IP or network restriction will affect only the individual whose conduct resulted in the restriction. Users must not intentionally circumvent an account, IP, network, device, or other restriction. Attempts to evade enforcement may result in additional restrictions or termination. If a user believes that an enforcement action incorrectly affects them, they may use any available Blue Gamerwolf support or appeal process.
By using Blue Gamerwolf Services, users acknowledge that moderation and enforcement are necessary components of operating online services. Users agree to comply with reasonable moderation and enforcement measures taken under this Agreement, the Blue Gamerwolf Terms of Service, the Blue Gamerwolf Privacy Policy, applicable service rules, and other policies governing the applicable Service. Users acknowledge that enforcement decisions may be based on information reasonably available to Blue Gamerwolf, including account information, reports, automated detection systems, security systems, connection information, IP addresses, logs, and other technical or administrative information processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy. Blue Gamerwolf is not required to disclose confidential security systems, detection methods, internal moderation tools, or information that could reasonably enable a user to circumvent enforcement. Nothing in this section is intended to waive or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable law.
Where an appeal or support process is provided, users may request review of an account, IP, network, or Service restriction through the designated Blue Gamerwolf support or appeal process. Blue Gamerwolf may request information reasonably necessary to evaluate an appeal. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a restriction will be removed. Blue Gamerwolf may maintain a restriction where it reasonably determines that the restriction is necessary to enforce applicable rules, prevent abuse or ban evasion, protect users, protect infrastructure, or maintain the security and integrity of the Services.
Blue Gamerwolf may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue products or Services at any time. Updates may include bug fixes, security improvements, compatibility changes, performance improvements, and new features. Some updates may be necessary for continued operation, compatibility, or security.
Your license may be terminated if you materially violate this Agreement, distribute unauthorized copies, abuse Services, attempt to circumvent enforcement measures, compromise or attack infrastructure, or use Blue Gamerwolf products or Services for unlawful purposes. Blue Gamerwolf may also suspend or terminate access to online Services separately from any software license. After termination, affected products or Services must no longer be used to the extent required by this Agreement or the applicable license. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, privacy-related provisions, and applicable dispute provisions, will survive to the extent permitted by law.
Blue Gamerwolf products and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Blue Gamerwolf does not guarantee that products or Services will always work without errors, remain compatible with future updates, remain continuously available, or work on every system. Blue Gamerwolf does not guarantee that online Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any warranty, guarantee, or statutory right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Gamerwolf is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or relating to the use of Blue Gamerwolf products or Services. This may include data loss, hardware damage, crashes, server issues, lost progress, loss of virtual items, loss of account access, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or problems caused by third-party software or services. Blue Gamerwolf is not responsible for problems caused by third-party software, modifications, hosting providers, internet service providers, game platforms, or other services outside Blue Gamerwolf's reasonable control. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Use of Blue Gamerwolf websites, software, and services may also be governed by our Privacy Policy. Blue Gamerwolf may process technical and account-related information, including IP addresses, connection information, account information, security logs, and other information where reasonably necessary to operate the Services, provide security, prevent abuse, detect fraud, investigate violations, enforce agreements, prevent ban evasion, troubleshoot problems, and protect users and infrastructure. IP addresses and other online identifiers may constitute personal data under applicable privacy laws. The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, retained, protected, and disclosed. Where applicable law provides users with privacy rights, those rights remain unaffected by this Agreement.
Use of Blue Gamerwolf Services does not guarantee continued access. Blue Gamerwolf may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce applicable agreements, protect users, respond to security threats, prevent abuse, maintain infrastructure, or comply with applicable law. Blue Gamerwolf may modify or discontinue Services, features, servers, communities, or other offerings at its discretion. Nothing in this Agreement authorizes arbitrary conduct or removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
This Agreement will be interpreted and applied subject to applicable law. Where legally permitted, users should first contact Blue Gamerwolf and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve disputes informally before initiating formal proceedings. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to prevent a user from exercising mandatory legal rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. Any applicable jurisdiction, venue, arbitration, or dispute-resolution provision is subject to mandatory laws governing the user's rights and the enforceability of contractual terms.
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
A failure by Blue Gamerwolf to enforce a provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision later. Any waiver must be made in accordance with applicable law.
Blue Gamerwolf may update this EULA from time to time. The updated Agreement will become effective when published unless a different effective date is stated. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, Blue Gamerwolf will provide it. Continued use of Blue Gamerwolf products or Services after an updated Agreement becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
